Priority Performance Projects (PPP) was founded in 2020 by Dr Sifiso Falala as a multi-layered project facilitation and execution company. The aim of the business is to advance development, economic change and growth in the developing world.
Priority Performance Projects (PPP) identified the disconnect between the developing world's resources and optimisation of resource exploitation for the benefit of those in the third world. It seeks to close this gap by identifying and championing projects that are instrumental in this regard.
PPP is selective about what it considers to be priority projects. At the centre of the company’s ethos is performance, which is a result of on time problem identification and competent delivery. The company undertakes both public and private priority projects. The unique skills of PPP are in stakeholder engagement, process design, financing, implementation and monitoring. The main benefit of working with us are objective attainment, stakeholder satisfaction, time and cost saving.
