All nominations will be shortlisted, and a final adjudication done annually to determine the winners by an adjudication committee. The committee will be multidisciplinary and inclusive of both genders and different life stages and communities. All submitted claims will be verified. False claims will be reported as fraud/attempted fraud. The adjudication committee will meet annually to decide on the winners. The decision of the adjudication committee will be final.
The African Genius Awards invite nominations of individuals who possess unique, rare attributes, characteristics and skills who have used them to address challenges or exploit opportunities to impact African societies in ways that are uplifting, transformative, build the esteem of Africans and inspire them to make significant contributions to the continent and its countries’ development in specific ways, sectors and in general.
